In the Matter of the Abatement
of Street �Iaintenance Assessment per
County Auditor's Report No. 4229
WHEREAS, Donald A. Russell on behalf of the State of Minnesota
did file application included in County Assessor' s Report No. 4229
with the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County and the Commissioner
of Revenue for the :5tate of Minnesota to have street maintenance assess-
ments against property identi£ied in said Report abated for the year
1983; and
WH�;REAS, the Ramsey County Department of Taxation has determined
that this property is exempt per riinnesota State Statute Section
272 .68 and that the street maintenance assessment for the year 1983
should be fully abated.
I�T06V THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of
Saint Paul does hereby approve the above-mentioned application of
Donald A. Russell on behalf of the State of l��innesota for the abate-
ment of the street maintenance assessments referred to in said appli-
cation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon passage and adoption of this
resolution, the City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit a copy of
same to the Ramsey County Auditor.
