Parcel B is developed with a singnle family structure. There are no significant topographic problems. The surrounding land use is primarily single-family residential with commercial uses to the south along P4aryland Avenue. C. MINIMUM LOT REQIIIREMENTS: 50 ft. lot width; 6,000 sq. ft. lot area. D. CURRENT WIDZH & AREA: Current parcel is a "through lot" with 54 feet of frontage on both D ale and Maywood. Total lot area is 14�364 square feet. E.
