The Public Works Committee at its meeting of September 5, 1984 took the
following action:

1 . 9/18/84 RATIFICATION OF ASSES5MENT5: For constructing sanitary
sewer, grade & pav� and water main in Arkwright Street
from Minnehaha Avenue to a�prox. 200 feet north and in
Minnehaha from Arkwright to Rivoli . � Also construction of
water and sewer service co�inections. New sidewalk
construction on the Eas�t side of Arkwright from Minnehaha
to approx. 200 feet north and North side of Minnehaha
from Arkwright to Rivoli .
Recommended approval .
2. 8-9-84 RESOLUTION: Appropriating $6Z,320.00 from MSA Street
Funds toward the construction of project on KELLOGG
BLVD.
Recommended approval .
3. 8-9-84 RESOLUTION: Appropriating $16,601 .70 from MSA Street
Funds toward the construction of a project on JOHNSON
PARKWAY.
Recommended approval .
4. 8-9-$4 RESOLUTION: Appropriating $51 ,965.00 from MSA Street
Funds toward the construction of a project on LEXINGTON
PARKWAY.

Agreement with Chicac�o, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific
Railroad Com�any and the Commissioner of Transportation
for the installation and maintenance of railroad crossing
