RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund, 09070-511-000 , to Lee I. Cline
and Allstate Insurance Company the sum of $3 , 010 .66 in full
settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or about
December 16 , 1983 , as more particularly set out in the Notice of
Claim filed in the City Clerk ' s office on December 23 , 1983 .

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
LEE I . CLINE AND ALLSTATE INSURANCE
On December 16 , 1983 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public
Works , vehicle driven by our employee, Stuart Smith, rear-ended
a vehicle which was stopped on Cretin near St . Clair. This
vehicle was owned and driven by claimant , Lee Cline, and insured
by Allstate . As a result of this accident , Ms . Cline ' s vehicle
was damaged in the amount of $3, 010 .66 . This office approves
the settlement of their claim of damages in the amount of $3 , 010 .66 .
