Pay requests will be verified by hizn. Contractor's progress wi11 be monitored in a timely manner. A"Request for Information" form was issued (copy attache� and can be used to initiate any/all contract related items when appropriate. It goes to Paul G. � � It is the Contractor's responsibility to apply and pay for all pemuts required for work under this contract. This includes the water s; ti connection. charge,_1 SAC (sewer availability charge) and Use of Street Pernut. � Bob Jensen handed out a Schedule of Values and a Subcontractor List to those in attendance. Their Schedule of Work in bar chart form will not be available until a startup date (as soon as weather permits) is established (hopefully before April 15). • � Process for payments was reviewed and is as specified. The general, United Contracting, may however elecY to submit for payment right after the first of each month. The Change Order process was reviewed and all involved parties are encouraged to help facilitate this process. Shop Drawings, samples, liferature, etc. are to be submitted to Paul Gannon in the form of five copies. The contract is for 164 calendar days. So once work actually begins we can estahlish a completion date. • All testing, including concrete and masonry, is the Contractor's responsibility. And retests are at his expense. Contractor to have one office-type trailer on site of the Storage Buiiding and will arrange for temporary electrical service, heat, ventilation, telephone, etc. Water is to be arranged on-site through John Poor's office. Construction limits are defined at both locations in the construction documents and are to be enclosed with security type fences. Final location, details, etc. for fencing are to be worked out on site two weeks before construction starts. John Hall will be the Owner's overall on-site coordinator. Parking for contract people will be within defined constnzction limits or on Jessamine. Restroom facilities will be arranged for by Contractor. All materials storage will be within construction limits.
