WH�REAS , it has been deemed advisable and necessary for
the City of St. Paul to participate in the cost of a construction
project located on KELLOGG BOULEVARD within the limits of said
Municipality, and
WHEREAS , said construction project has been approved by the
Minnesota Department of Transportation and identified in its records
as S.A.P. No. 164-196-05.
NOW, Therefore , BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby appropriate
from our Municip al State Aid Street Funds the sum of $67 ,320. 00 to
apply toward the constru�tion of said project and request the
Commissioner of Highways to approve this authorization.

sewer, grade & pav� and water main in Arkwright Street

water and sewer service corinections. New sidewalk
construction on the' East side of Arkwright from Minnehaha

for the instal !ation and maintenance of railroad crossing
surface at the intersection of Marshall Avenue wi�th the
tracks of Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific
Railroad Com�any in St. Paul .
