The meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m.
1681 Dayton Avenue
Mr. Urmann said he spoke to the appeilant and eaplained the standard appeal would be
recommended.
Mr. Strathman granted a variance on the nonconforming doors with the following conditions:
1) when the doors need to be replaced, they will be replaced with conforming fire rated doors,
and 2) the building must otherwise be in compliance.
589 Cleveland Avenue South
Mr. Urmann said he spoke to the appellant and explained the standard appeal would be
recommended.
