� WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted
Resolution No. 84-1048 , which approved Articles of Incorporation,
By-laws , a slate of candidates for the first board of directors ,
and policy recommendations for Cab�.e Access-St. Paul, Inc.,; and
WHEREAS, said resolution dire�.ted the City Attorney's office
to file incorporation papers with �he Secretary of State as
required by Minnesota Statutes , Chapter 317, now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that in order to comply with the provisions of
the Charter and the Administrative 'Code for the City of Saint
Paul, item No. 2 in Resolution No. 84-1048 is hereby amended to
read as follows :
"2. That a representative from the adopted slate of
candidates for the f irst board of directors
shall file the incorporation papers with the
Secretary of State as required by Minnesota
Statutes , Chapter 317." .
