Weide s Subdivision of p�rt of Block 45 of Arlington Hills Additi� to St. Paul � WHEREAS, The property herein de�cribed is necessary for the replacement of the Payne Avenue Bridge o�er the Chicago Northwestern Railroad tracks. The property was approve�d for acquisition on April 26, 1983, by Final Order, Council File No. �80215. The price at which the property may be purchased is in the amount of $51,000.00 it being a fair and reasonable prive for the subject property avcording t�o the appraisal obtained by the Valuation F�gineer; and �F'�AS, The Valuation �gineer has r�co�miended the purchase of said property at the price stated above; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby authorize the purchase of the above described land; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay Gc�rdon M. Mortensen, recorded owner, the sum of $51,000.00. The oonditions of said sale oontained in the Memorandum On Sale of Real Estate; said memorandum is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Said sum to be charged to P.I.R. Fund No. 62520-711- 000 (L-8772) ; to be reimbursed fran M.S.A. Funds.
