The property was approved for acquisition on April 26, 1983, by Final Order, Council File No. 280215. The price at which the property may be purchased is in the amount of $45,000.00 it being a fair and reasonable price for the subject property aa;ording to the appraisal obtained by the Valuation F�gineer; and TnII�RFAS, The Valuation Engineer has recannended the purchase of said property at the price stated above; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby authorize the purchase of the above described land; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay M. P. Mortensen & Son, Inc., recorded owner, the sum of $45,000.00. The conditions of said sale contained in the Memorandum On Sale of Real Estate; said memorandum is attached hereto and ir�corporated herein by reference. Said sum to be charged to P.I.R Fund No. 62520-711-000 (Ir8772) ; to be reimbursed fran M.S.A. Funds.
