Will, Inc. holds an On Sale Liquor License at 956 Payne Avenue,
doing business as Schwietz's Bar (Richard B. Schwietz, President) .
Mr. Schwietz has requested permission to extend the service area
of liquor to include a tent which will be erected in the parking
lot at 956 Payne Avenue for the Payne-Arcade Harvest Festival on
September 12, 198�+ from 8:00 P.M. to 11:00 P,M. , September 13, 198�+
f`rom 12:00 noon to 2:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 12:00 midnight,
September 14, 1984 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 P,M, and 6:00 P.M. to
1:00 A.M, and September l5, 1984 from 10;00 A.M, to 1:00 A.M.
This request has been reviewed by the License .and Permit Division.
The recommendation is for approval.
