Residents voted unanimously to approve the application as presented. Ihe committee brou�ht this recommendation ro the Boazd of Direcfors meeting, wfuch immediately followed the Issues meeting. The board approved the application. The applicants attended the boazd meeting and requested that the 45 day waiting period be waived. The motion passed by the boazd reads, "T'he Bistrict Council grants approval of the waiver except that the city council member representing the district may recommend tentative approval of the license with final approval granted after January 12, providing that no significant opposition arise in response to the community notification establishing January 12 as the closing date for public comment " If you have any questions, please feel free to ca[l the office at 228-1855.
