Dear Council President Tedesco and Members of the Council :
By copy of this letter, I veto the attached Council Resolution
No. 84-1148.
The City Attorney advises me that payment of this claim would
constitute an illegal expenditure of public funds. The City
Attorney has further advised me that the Court has earlier
rejected payment of this same claim. For these reasons, I veto
the attached resolution.
