The members of Session received and reviewed your communication at our stated meeting of December (12/14/60). We were unawaze of the ordinance that would require a varianca for you to locate within 300' of our church. In response to that situation, the Session took official action on behalf of Yhe congregafion szating that Dayton Avenue Presbyterian Church, does not oppose the licensing of your business for the sales of fine and specialYy wines. A copy of the official action of Session can be made available to you or to the city licensing office if requested. Tf you need any further clarification, please let me know.
