Parcel "B". The easterly portion of Parcel "A" will be sold along with Parcels

B. SITE & AREA CONDITIONS: The parcel � to be divided (Parcel "A" on the attached
map is current y occupied by a one-story sheet metal building, and parking lot
with barrel storage. The site is surrounded by industrial uses.
C. MINIMUM LOT REQUIREMENTS: None
D. FINDINGS:
1. The proposal meets all requirements of Sectin 67.304 and 67.406 of the
Zoning Code.
2. The division will not be detrimental to the present or potential development
on the site nor to the neighboring property.
