WHEREAS, William Kernal has submitted the attached proposed lot split for City
Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and Public
Works have reviewed the proposed lot split at 1900 and 1906 Stillwater Avenue
described as: .
Parcel 1: "Lot 1, Block 18, and that part of the northwest 90 feet of
Blocks B and D, Beaver Lake Heights, which lies southwesterly from the
northeasterly line of said Lot 1 and its southeasterly extension"; and
Parcel 2: "Lot 2 and Lot 3 except the northeasterly 10 feet thereof, Block
18 and that part of the northwest 90 feet of Blocks B and D, Beaver Lake
Heights, which lies southwesterly from the southeasterly extension of the
southwesterly line of the northeasterly 10 feet of said Lot 3 and which
lies northeasterly of the southeasterly extension of the northeasterly line
of said Lot 1"; and
Parcel 3: "Lot 4 and the northeasterly 10 feet of Lot 3, Block 18, and that
part of the northwest 90 feet of Blocks B and D, Beaver Lake Heights, which
lies northeasterly of the southeasterly extension of the southwesterly line
of the northeasterly 10 feet of said Lot 3"; and
WHEREAS, William Kernal has submitted the necessary petitions to rezone the
affected property in order to eliminate any split zoning classifications on the
parcels to be created; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets all other requirements of Sections 67.304
and 67.406 of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
- this lot split contingent on City Council approval of the necessary rezonings.
