Currently Bon-Le, Inc. holds an On Sale Liquor License at
1174 Arcade Street, doing business as Robert's Lounge &
Restaurant.
The officers are Sam Bongiovanni, President, Hazel Bongiovanni,
Vice President, and Rose Bongiovanni, Secretary/Treasurer. The
stockholders are Sam, Hazel A. , Rose M. , and Nick C. Bongiovanni.
Proper notice has been received as to a: change of stockholders.
With the sale of stock by Hazel A. , Nick C. , and Rose Bongiovanni,
the current officers are Sam Bongiovanni, President and Chief
Executive Officer and William Vados, Secretary/Treasurer and
Chief Financial Officer and the stockholders are Sam Bongiovanni
and William Vados.
