WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the City of Roseville desire to construct streetscape improvements
on Larpenteur Avenue between Hamline Avenue and Oxford Street; and
WHEREAS, the streetscape improvements will be under the supervision of the City of Roseville and in
accordance with Project S.P. 160-020-13; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul desires to enter into an agreement with the City of Roseville which
defines the engineering, administrative, cost participation and maintenance responsibilities for the
streetscape improvements; Now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that we hereby authorize the proper city officials to sign the agreement.

Ramsey County will be reconsttucung Larpenteur Avenue between Arona Stteet and Oxford Sneef in 2000: The Ciry of Roseville has
received Federal ISTEA Funds for streetscape improvements on both sides of Larpenteur Avenue between Hamline Avenue and Oxford
Stteet which will be completed in conjunction with the county project. Roseville and Saint Paul have worked together to develop a
streetscape plan: Roseville will tie administering the construction of the project and the agreement has to be in place before the project can
proceed.
