WHEREAS, Melvin Roth has submitted the attached proposed lot split �
for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the proposed lot split on the south side
of E. Nebraska Avenue between Atlantic and Chamber described as:
The westerly parcel : "All of Lot 2, and that part of Lot 3,
Block 1, Roths Phalen View 2nd Addition which lies west of the
east 40 feet of said Lot 3", and
The easterly parcel : "All of Lot 4, and the east 40 feet of Lot
3, Block 1, Roths Phalen View 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Sections
67.304 and 67.406 of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and
approves this lot split.
