Dear Mr. Hart:
As i believe you are aware, The Science Museum of. Minnesota -
has requested that the City of Saint Pau]. issue its revenue bonds
under Minnesot� Statutes, Sections 471. . 15 through 471. 191. , to
finance the acquisition �of the Science Center and to refund the
City ' s existing lease-purchase contract with respect �to that
facility.
