WHEREAS, John W. Lambros has submitted the attached proposed lot split
for City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works hav� reviewed the proposed lot split at 1656 North
Victoria Street described as:
Parcel 1: (1656 N. Victoria): "All that part of Lot 3,
lying northerly of a line parallel with 314.55 feet
south from the centerline of Larpenteur Avenue except
the east 166.00 feet thereof, all in Slock 3, Cc�o
Addition; and
Parcel 2: (east of 1656 N. Victoria): "The west 71.00
feet of the east 166.00 feet of that part of Lot 3,
Block 3, Como Addition, lying northerly of a line
parallel with and 314.55 feet south from the centerline
of Larpenteur Avenue"; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Sections
67.304 and 67.406 of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and
approVes this lot Split, contingent upon the removal of the structure at
885 California.
