WHEREAS, Mary Engesath has submitted the attached proposed lot split
for City Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Developanent and
Public Works have reviewed the attached lot split at 1549 and 1551
Clarence Avenue, described as:
1549 Clarence: "The north 10 feet of Lot 34, all of Lot
35 and the south 0.13 feet of Lot 36, Block 2, Lakeview
Addition No. 1"; and
1551 Clarence: "Lot 36, lying north of the south 0.13
feet thereof, and Lot 37 lying south of the north
15 feet thereof, block 2, Lakeview 14ddition No. 1"; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Sections
67.304 and 67.406 of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and
approves this lot split.
