MHM, Inc. dba The Oz (Eaxl L. Montpetit, President) at
345 Wabasha Street, be and the same is her�by reseinded
with the following stipulations:
On Sundays, when the premises are used for
purposes other than.the sale of liquor, all
liquor will be rem�ved from the premises or
stored in a locked container, cooler, closet
or cabinet to prevent easy access. Beer taps,
if any, will be fu11y disconnected.

Mr. President and Honorable Members:
MHM, Inc. holds an On Sale Sunday Liquor License at 3�+5
Wabasha Street, doing business as The Oz.
MfiM, Inc. has requested that their On Sale Sunday Liquor
License be rescinded so that roek and roll band concerts
can be attended, in part, by persons under the age of lg.
This matter has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. '�he recommendation
is that the license be rescinded.
