WHEREAS: Northern Track Corporation (James E. Plasterman, Secretary/Treasurer)
On Sale Liquor Licensee at 214 E. 4th Street, doing business as
Gordon's, Signals, has requested permission to extend the service
area where liquor is served.
RESOLVED: That the area for the service of liquor be and the same is hereby
extended from the first floor of the Union Depot Place to a patio
extension in front af the Depot at 214 E. 4th Street.

Northern Track Corporation holds an On Sale Liquor License
at 143 E. 4th Street doing business as Gordon's, Signals,
(James E. Masterman, Secretary/Treasurer) .
Mr. Masterman has requested permission to extend the service
area of liq�or to include a patio extension in front of the
Depot at 214 E. 4th Street.
This request has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division. The recommendation is for approval .
