The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve- ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter. Recommended approval . 2. 6/26/84 VACATION: Petitioni of Alan and Carol Anderson for the vacation of a drainage and utility easement over a part of Lot 16, Block 4, Afton Heights Addition (Longfellow Avenue and Morningside Drive) for the purpose of curing a buildinc� encroachment. Recommended approval . 3. 6/19/84 FINAL ORDER: To clecide on erecting, constructing, operating and maintaining a Skyway Pedestrian Bridge ( including all incidental work thereto) over E . Sixtti Street between the intersections of Jacksan and Sibley Streets by the Dept . of Planning & Economic Uevelopment; said skyway pedestr-ian bridge to connect Mears Park Apartments on the north sid� of E . Sixth Street to the Y. M.C.A. on the south side of E . Sixth Street. Recommended approval . 4. 6/19/84 FINAL ORDER: To decide on erecting, constructing, operating and maintaining a Skyway Pedestrian Bridge ( including all incidental work thereto) over Wacouta Street between tr�e intersections of E . Sixth and E. Seventh Streets by the Dept. of Planning fS Economic Development; said skyway pedestrian bridge to connect �the Margolis Building on the west side of Wacouta Street to the existing Control Data Corporation on the East side of Wacouta Street .
