In the Matter of improving FOURTH STREET fram Washington Street to Market Street,
FIFTH STREET from Washington Street to Market Street, WASHINGTON STREET
from Fourth Street to Fifth Street, and MARKET STREET from Fourth Street
to Fifth Street (City Project 84-P-0974) by constructing a brick surface
on a bituminous base, constructing storm sewer system with catch basins,
some subgrade excavation will be required, the integral curb and walk will
be left in place, and doing all other work necessary and incidental to said
improvement.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof

2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1Dth day of .7u1�, 1984 , at $18,500
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
