WARREN III, JOHN M. VETER, AND CHARLES BOURN On March 30, 1984, a City of Saint Paul , Department of Police, vehicle driven by Officer Lawrence Rogers was northbound on Victoria near Charles . Officer Rogers ' radio microphone dropped on the floorboard and as he picket it up he struck a parked car owned by claimant , Wardell Warren, III . Mr. Warren ' s car was damaged in the amount of $510.00 . This pffice approves the settlement of Mr. Warren ' s claim in the amount of $510 .00. Claimant , John M. Vetter, requests reimbursement for towing and storage charges he incurred when his automobile was towed on March 24, 1984 from Kellogg and Washington. Mr . Vetter had parked his car at an uncovered meter and later returned to find that the car had been towed because the meter had been covered after he parked his car. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Vetter ' s claim in the amount of $41 . 90 . Claimant , Charles Bourn, requests reimbursement for towing and storage charges he incurred when his automobile was towed on March 24 , 1984 from Fourth and Washington. Mr .
