RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1 . Susan M. Murray and Millers ' Mutual Insurance the sum of
$849 . 73 in full settlement of their claim of damages sus-
tained on or about November 24, 1983, as more particularly
set out in the Notice of Calim filed in the City Clerk ' s
office on December 8 , 1983 .
2 . Ron Lachett the sum of $203 .16 in full settlement of his claim
of damages sustained on or about November 28 , 1983 , as more
particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City
Clerk ' s office on February l , 1984 .

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY SUSAN M. MURRAY AND MILLERS'
MUTUAL INSURANCE and RON LACHETT
On November 24 , 1983 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public
Works , snowplow driven by Richard Wierstad backed into a legally
parked vehicle on Osceola . The vehicle was owned by claimant ,
Susan Murray, and it sustained damage in the amount of $849 . 73 of
which she was reimbursed by her insurance company, Millers '
Mutual . This office approves the settlement of their claim in
the amount of $849 . 73 .
On November 28 , 1983 , a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public
Works , snowplow driven by John Williams struck a legally parked
vehicle owned by claimant, Ronald Lachett . Mr . Lachett ' s vehicle
was damaged in the amount of $203 . 16 . This office approves the
settlement of Mr. Lachett ' s claim in the amount of $203 .16 .
