WHEREAS, on June 10, 1966 the Saint Paul City Council adopted
Council File No. 229071 granting Superamerica Stations Incorporated
a permit to construct and operate a gasoline filling station on
property located at the northeast corner of Payne and Geranium Avenues,
more particularly described in the previously mentioned council file,
subject to a condition that the operation be restricted to a 12: 00
o'clock midnight closing hour; and
WHEREAS, Superamerica Stations Incorporated has requested striking
the previously mentioned condition and has agreed to the conditions
mentioned hereafter; and
WHEREAS, the District 5 Planning Council supports the request of
Superamerica Stations Incorporated provided the conditions mentioned here-
after are imposed; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the matter was held on May 23, 1984
before the Saint Paul City Council,
NOW TfiEREFORE, BE IT R�SOLVED, that Council File 229071 be and
hereby is amended to permit Superamerica Stations, Incorporated to
construct and operate a gasoline filling station twenty-four hours a
day on property located at the northeast corner of Payne and Geranium
Avenues, more particularly described as Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10,
Block 2, Holterhoff and Mead' s Addition to the City of St Paul Ramsey
County P�Iinn. , in accordance with the plans dated received February 10,
1966; subject to the stipulated conditions that use of the intercom,
trash pick-up, and deliveries be restricted to the hours of 7: 00 A.r-1.
to 11: 00 P.M. ; and further subject to compliance with all applicable
City Ordinances, State Statutes and rules and regulations of public
authorities having cognizance.
