request that the Off Sale Liquor License presently issued
to International Wines & Liquors, Inc. dba/International
Wines & Liquors at 710 South Cleveland Avenue, (Reuben Unowsky,
President) be transferred to Alexander Kopilenko at the same
address.
Alexander Kopilenko is the Sole Owner and the business will be
known as International Wines & Liquors, Inc.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval .
