WHEREAS: Whebbe's Bar, Inc. (James J. Whebbe, Vice President) On Sale
Liquor Licensee at 193 South Robert Street, doing business as
Whebbe's Food & Drink, has requested permission for an Outside
Service Area on June 17, I984 with a rain date of June 24, 1984.
RESOLVED: That the area for the service of liquor be and the same is hereby
extended to include the parking lot at 193 South Robert Street.
