WHEREAS, the Pod Authority has requested the City to levy taxes totaling $1,450,000, and
W NEREAS, the State of Minnesota in Minnesota Statutes Annotated Chapt. 4fi9.053 subd. 4(Mandatory levies)
requires the City to levy an amouni not more than .01813% ofi Markei Values, and
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota in Minnesota Statutes Annotated Chapt. 469.053 su6d.6 (discretionary levies)
authorizes the C'ity to ievy an amour�t not more than .00282% of Market Values, and
WHEREAS, the Port Authority has requested the City to adopt those levies, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul does hereby levy taxes on alf taxable property within the City of Saint Paul
corporate limits, to be coilected in the amoun[s set forth below, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Council directs the City Clerk to fonvard this resolution to the Ramsey County
Department of Taxation in accordance with applicable laws.
