G and its Northeasterly extension a distance of 15.99 feet;

Northeasterly line of Jackson Street, a distance of 19.00
feet to the intersection with the Southwesterly extension
of the Northwesterly line of East Fifth Street; thence
Northeasterly along said extended line to the point of
beginning.
Subject expressly to the following conditions and reservations.
L That the vacation be subject to all the terms and conditions of
Chapter 130, oa3ified March 1, 1981, of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, as amended.
2. That the vacation be limited to accomodate Galtier Plaza
Construction and that upon removal, demolition or otherwise non-
existence, the vacated area shall automatically revert to the City of
Saint Paul as street right-of-way without cost or charge to the
City.
3. That the Port Authority of Saint Paul being the prime
petitioner, not be required to pay compensation for the vacated
areas.
4. That the petitioner, its suc�essors or assigns, by acceptance
of the terms and conditions of this vacati�, agrees to indemnify,
defend and save harmless the City of Saint Paul, its officers and
employees from all suits, actions or claims of any character,
including, but not limited to, a claim brought because of any
injuries, or damages received or sustained by any person, persons or
property, on account of this vacation; or because of any act or
omission, neglect or misconduct of said petitioner; or because of
any claims or liability arising from or based on any violation of
any law or regulation made in accordance with the law whether by the
