RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l . Julie M. Schores the sum of $136 .57 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about February 28 , 1984 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk ' s office on April 5 , 1984 .
2 . Charles Nickoloff and Merchants & Miners Agency the sum of
$1 , 451 .80 in full settlement of their claim of damages sustained
on or about March 10, 1984 , as more particularly set out in
the IVotice of Claim filed in the City Clerk ' s office on April 4,
1984 ,

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JULIE M. SCHORES; and CHARLES
NICKOLOFF AND MERCHANTS & MINERS AGENCY
Claimant , Julie M, Schores, was involved in an automobile accident
on February 28, 1984 with a vehicle owned by the City of Saint
Paul , Department of Community Services, at Sibley and Fourth
Streets . The driver of the City vehicle was Rondle W. Clark .
Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle . This office
approves the settlement of Ms . Schores ' claim in the amount of
$136 .57.
Claimant , Charles Nickoloff, was involved in an automobile accident
on March 10, 1984 with a vehicle owned by the City of Saint Paul ,
Department of Police, at University and Aldine Streets . The
driver of the City vehicle was Mark S. Duenow. Mr . Nickoloff was
insured by Merchants & Miners Agency which has a subrogated
interest in this claim. Expenses are for the repair of the
damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of their
claim in the amount of $1 , 451 .80.
