RESOLVED, That pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 471.59 commonly referred to
as the "Joint Powers Act", the proper City officials are hereby suthorized and
directed to execute the attached joint purchasing agree�nents with the City of
Pine City, Minnesota, the City of Eagan, Minnesota, the City of Finlaqson,
Minnesota, and the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, said agreements providing
for the joint purchase of equipment, material, and supplies as needed, copies
of said agreements to be kept on f ile and of record in the Department of
Finance and Management Services.
