WHEREAS , Donna McNeally has provided exceptional public
service during her 10 years of employment for the City of
Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS , Donna McNeally has contributed to the ordex�ly
development of the City of Saint Paul through her timely
work on the Subdivision Ordinance, Adult Entertainment
Ordinance, and five text amendments to the Zoning Code ; and
WHEREAS , Donna McNeally has improved communications
between the City and neighborhoods on various development
and planning issues through her sensitive �ork in neighbor-
hood planning; and
WHEREAS , Donna McNeally will leave the City of Saint Paul
to xeside in Severna Park, Maryland (sigh) ; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
expresses its appreciation for the many contributions which
Donna McNeally has made toward improving quality of life in
the City of Saint Paul ; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
expresses to Donna McNeally its best wishes and hopes for her
continued success in the future .
