SUBJECT: A-]. DRAIN OIL - 810 HAMPDEN AVENUE ST. PAUL MINNESOTA
Pursuant to our conversation and the review of the file for A-1 Drain
Oil, the following is given:
1) . A-1 Drain Oil is in noncompliance with the Agency's 6 MCAR 4. 8004
requirements .
2) Attached is a permit application for liquid storage.
3) Attached also find "Guidelines" for compliance with MPCA, 6 MCAR
4 .8004.
After review of the completed application in
of wastes will be stored on site. The MPCA stafftwillamakehatdeter-
mination if a Hazardous Waste Storage Permit wouid also be needed.
The time frame we would like to suggest that the Company adhere to is :
� 1) Company submit a complete 6 MCAR 4 .8004 permit application by
5/31/84 .

permit by 6/30/84. .
3) Company complete all necessary modification or construct needed
