WHEREAS: Proper notice has been received as to a change of name of Ace Box Bar, Inc.
holder of an On Sale Liquor License, Sunday Liquor License, and an Off Sale
Malt License at 2162 University Avenue, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the name of the licensee be changed from Ace Box Bar, Inc. dba/ Ace Box

with no change of officers or stockholders, be and the same is hereby approved.

Currently Ace Box Bar, Inc. holds an On Sale Liquor License,
Sunday Liquor License and an Off Sale Malt License issued to
them at 2162 University Avenue doing business as Ace Box Bar.
Proper notice has been received as to a change in the name.
It is now known as Scanlon's Ace Box Bar & Pub, Inc. d6a Ace
Box Bar. There is no change in officers or stockholders.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval .
