WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul acquired an easement for slopes along a
part of Lot 1, Block 2, Wann's Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota, as part of
the project in the paving and grading of Hamline Avenue and recorded in Book
59, Miscellaneous, page 516 as document No. 397920 in the Office of the
Reoorder, Raansey County, Minnesota on November 15, 1910;
WI�RE'AS, the Department of Public Works has advised that the existing
street grade is adequate ar�d that any interest in said slope easement is no
longer needed;
Tf�'ORE SE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul hereby release any
and all interest in above said slope easement.
