RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
approve and consent to the reappointment, by the Mayor, of Timothy Mardell
(representing the general public) and Christine Spielman (representing the
financial community) , and the appointment of Timothy J. Jessen (representing
the legal profession) to serve as members of the Examining Board for Truth-
in-Housing Evaluators. These terms will expire on March 25, 1987.
