ia the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensatioa
Resolution.
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plaa and Rates of Compensation Resolutioa be amended
by striking out of Section II B under the heading "Special Employments" the following:
Parking Lot Guard (Schools) $ 9.11 per hour
and substitutiag in lieu thereof the following:
Parking Lot Guard (Schools) $10.38 per hour
This higher rate of pay shall be effective retroactively to April 5, 1984.

This resolution increases the hourly rate of pay for the title of Parkiag Lot Guard (Schools)
from $9.11 to $10.38. This is a School District title aad this rate iacrease has been
approved by the School Board.
