(assuming the south line of said Lot 2 has a bearing of East) a distance of 137.02 feet more or less to the westerly line of said Lot 2 and there terminating;" and 142 Cambridge Street: "That part of Lot 2, Block 1 , High Winds Addition No. 1 , according to the plat thereof on file in the office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying south of the following described line: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence northerly along the east line of said Lot 2 a distance of 41 .04 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence N.89°57'19"W.
