MGM Liquor Warehouse, Inc. and Lexington Spirits , Inc. request
that the Off Sale Liquor License presently issued to MGM Liquor
Warehouse, Inc. dba MGM Liquor Warehouse (Terrance J. Maglich,
President) at 1102-04 West Larpenteur Avenue be transferred to
Lexington Spirits, Inc. , to do business as MGM Liquor Warehouse
(Ronny Gjerstad, President) at the same address.
Ronny Gjerstad will operate this business personally, and it
will be known as MGM Liqour Warehouse.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval .
