W��AS, The City of Saint Paul, acting through its Valuation Engineer
has secured an agreement for the purchase of that certain property described
as follaws:
(Abstract)
Lot 2, Chas. Weide's Subdivision of Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15
of Block 1, of Borup an�d Payne's Pyddition to St. Paul.
(Torrens)
Ir�t 3, Chas. Weide's Subdivision of Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15,
Block l, Borup and Payne's Addition to St. Paul.
WI�AS, The property herein described is necessary for the replacement
of the Payne Avenue Bridge over the Chicago Northwestern Railroad tracks.
The property was approved for acquisition on April 26, 1983, by Final Order,
Council File No. 280215. The prive at which the property may be purchased
is in the amount of $33,500.00, it being a fair and reasonable price for
the subject property aocording to the appraisal obtained by the Valuation
F�gineer; and
Wf�REA.S, The Valuation Engineer has rec�mmended the purchase of said
property at the price stated abovef
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint
Paul does hereby authorize the purchase of the above described lar�d; an�d
NOW �+ORE BE IT RE.SOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to gay Mary Agatha Anzevino, Deborah K. Anzevino and
Donald A. Anzevino, reoorded owners, the sum of $33,500.00. The vonditions
of said sale contained in the Memorandum On Sale Of Real Estatej said
memorarx7um is attached hereto and invorporated herein by reference. Said sum
to be charged to P.I.R Fund No. 62520-711-000 (L-8772); to be reimbursed
from M.S.A. Funds.
