The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

following action:
HEARING
1. 5/8/84 VACATION: Petition of Jefferson Office Plaza for the
vacation of part of Milton Street at l-35E and Jefferson
Avenue for the purpose of providing additionai off-
street parking.

2. 5/8/84 FINAL ORDER: To decide on the construction of a storm
sewer in Timberlake Road from Jackson Street to 427 feet
East. "

3. 5/15/84 FINAL ORDER: To decide on constructing water and/or
sewer service connections in Springside Drive from Point
Douglas Road to Burlington Road for the following
properties: Lots 2 and 4, Block 7, Burlington Heights
Oivision #1 and Lots 28, 36, 38, 41 , and 42, Block 8,
Burlington Heights Division #2, Also. Parcel #02-01400-
040-05 (2184 Springside Drive).

� 4. 5/8/84 FlNAL ORDER: To decide on improving the following
streets under the Residential Street Paving Program by
regrading, surfacing, constructing concrete curb 8
gutter, an ornamental lighting system and drives where
necessary:
FARRINGTON ST. from Thomas to Como; BLAIR AVE. from
Western to Elfelt; VAN BUREN AVE. from Western� to
Virginia; VAN BUREN AVE. from Farrington to Elfeit and
LAFOND AVE. from Western to Virginia.
