The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice �
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City C'ouncil in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

, 1. 5/8/84 VACATION: Petition of Jefferson Office Plaza for the
vacation of part of Milton Street at [-35E and Jefferson
Avenue for the purpose of providing additional off-
street parking.

2. 5/8/84 FINA� ORDER: To decide on the construction of a storm
sewer in Timberlake Road from Jackson Street to 427 feet
East. �

3. 5/15/84 FINAL ORDER: To decide on constructing water and/or
sewer service connections in Springside Drive from Point
Douglas Road to Burlington Road for the following
properties: Lots 8 and 4, Block 7, Burlington Heights
Division #1 and Lots 28, 36, 38, 41 , and 42, Block 8,
Burlington Heights Division #2, Also, Parcel #02-01400-

streets under the Residential Street Paving Program by
regrading, surfacing, constructing concrete curb 8
gutter, an ornamental lighting system and drives where
necessary:
