An administrative Resolution amendiag the Salary
Plaa and Rates of Compensation Resolution to revise
salary increases through Step I.
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan aad Rates of Compensation Resolution be
ameaded in Section I F 1, subsection (i) by strikiug out, in its entirety, the
current subsection (i), and substituting, ia lieu thereof, the following aew sub-
section (i):
"(i) When an employee in a position in a class represeuted by the
Technical or Clerical Bargainiag Unit holds a title in a grade
£ollowed by the suffix "E" the followiag shall apply: For each
2080 hours an employee has appeared on the payroll after he/she
has attaiaed Step C, he/she may be granted an increase ia salary
of one step up to the seven-year step; and if he/she has received
a ten-year increase he/she ma.y be granted the ten-year step, aad
if he/she has received a fifteen-year increase he/she may be granted
the fifteea-year step. However, in no case wi11 a Recreation Center
Director be graated Step F until he/she has completed fifteea credit
hours in courses pertaiaiag to recreatioa."
