An administrative ordinance amendiag the Civil Service Rules to
extead the uaclassified status of the followiag positions:
Deputy Director-Business Revitalization, Deputy Director-Community
Developmeat, Deputy Director-Development, Deputy Director-Housing,
Deputy Director-Job Creation and Trainiag, and Deputy Director-Plaaaiag.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I
That the Civil Service Rules be amended ia Sectioa 34.0 so that said Section
34.0 shall read as follows:
"34.0 The provisions of this Section 34 of these Rules which places
these above-mentioned 6 pos3tions ia the Unclassified Service
shall expire on the first Tuesday of June, �984; 1985, unless
otherwise determined by the City Council with coacurrence of
the Civil Service Commission.
SECTION 2
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and
after passage, approval, and publicatioa.
