WHEREAS, James Ray has submitted the attached proposed lot split for City
Council approval; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and Public
Works have reviewed the attached lot split at the northeast corner of
Curfew Street and Franklin Avenue, described as:
2505 Franklin Avenue: "Lot 13, Block 3, Bakers Addition, except the
West 90 feet of said Lot 13, Block 3, Bakers Addition, and also except
the North 9.0 feet of said Lot 13, Block 3, lying East of the West
90 feet thereof;" and
2515 Franklin Avenue: "The West 90 feet of Lot 13, Block 3, Bakers
Addition, and the North 9.0 feet of said Lot 13, Block 3, lying East
of the West 90 feet thereof;" and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Sections 67.304
and b7.406 of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
