RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1 . Xe Lee and State Farm Mutual Insurance Company the sum of
$436 .09 in full settlement of their claim of damages sustained
on or about November 28 , 1983 , as more particularly set out
in the Notice of Claim filed in the City Clerk 's office on
January 25 , 1984 .
2 . Hector Garcia and Aetna Insurance Company the sum of $331 .65
in full settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or �
about November 17, 1983 , as more particularly set out in the
notice of claim filed in the City Clerk 's office on December 14 ,
1983 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY XE LEE AND STATE FARM MUTUAL
INSURANCE COMPANY; and HECTOR
GARCIA AND AETNA INSURANCE COMPANY
Claimant , Xe Lee, requests reimbursement for damages to his
parked vehicle which was struck by a City of Saint Paul , Depart-
ment of Fire and Safety Services , vehicle on November 28 , 1983 .
The City vehicle was being driven by Kenneth Brisbois . State
Farm Mutual Insurance Company has a subrogated interest in Mr .
Lee ' s claim. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle .
This office approves the settlement of their claim in the amount
of $436 . 09 .
Claimant , Hector Garcia, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Police, vehicle on
November 17, 1983 . The driver of the City vehicle was Joseph J.
Matz . Aetna Insurance Company has a subrogated interest in Mr.
Garcia ' s claim. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle . This office approves the settlement of their claim in
the amount of $331 .65 .
